- $5000 cash for the heaviest Snapper over 30lb
- $10,000 in cash can be won over 5 sections ( Snapper, Kahawai, Gurnad, Trevally & other fish )
- Spot prizes Friday & Saturday nights 7.30pm sharp
- Tickets available from the Kawhia boat club, Oparau store, Kawhia motors & Salt water sports Te Awamutu.
- Open to everyone fishing from boats, kayaks, jet skis or surf-casting
